  1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between Dreamtime Discovery tours (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) and the customer (“you” or “the Customer”). By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Bookings and Reservations
  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person.
  • A reservation becomes binding once a deposit or full payment has been received.
  • We will provide a confirmation email or message with a reservation number.
  1. Payment
  • Payment Rezdy booking system.
  • Deposits (if any) are due upon booking.
  • Remaining balances must be paid before the tour date.
  • In case of failed debit card transactions or bounced checks, additional charges may apply.
  1. Changes and Cancellations

By the Company:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient bookings).
  • In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.

By the Customer:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or letter).
  • Refund policy:
    • No refund if Cancellation is within 48 hours of the trip departure.
    • Cancellations within 30 day’s of the trip departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
  1. Limitation of Liabilities
  • We strive to provide safe and enjoyable tours, but we cannot be held liable for:
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
    • Loss of personal belongings.
    • Delays or changes beyond our control (e.g., traffic, road closures).
  • Customers participate in tours at their own risk.
  1. Customer Special Requests
  • We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs).
  • Please notify us in advance.
  1. Safety
  • Customers must follow safety instructions provided by the guide.
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians.
  1. Behavior or Code of Conduct
  • Respect other participants, guides, and local communities.
  • No disruptive behavior, intoxication, or illegal activities allowed.
  1. Complaints
  • If you have any complaints, please inform us within 10 days of the tour’s completion.
  • We will address your concerns promptly.
  1. Data Protection
  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
